WHAT IS AGILE?

Iterative, incremental and evolutionary. Most agile development methods break product development work into small increments that minimize the amount of up-front planning and design. Iterations, or sprints, are short time frames (timeboxes) that typically last from one to four weeks (Wikipedia.org).

In this workshop, you'll get an introduction to agile development through learning the scrum framework. Working in small groups you will receive guidance to practical and fun exercises to deepen your understanding of scrum and agile.

ABOUT MOLOOD
